DDS81 shares motorcycle reviews, workshop projects, accessories, ownership experiences and adventures. Unless stated otherwise, the views expressed are my own and reflect my experience at the time of publication.

Workshop demonstrations and riding content are provided for general information and entertainment. The contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address and message. I use these details to read, respond to and follow up your enquiry. Messages are delivered to my email inbox.

For ordinary enquiries, the proposed legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact DDS81. Where your enquiry concerns entering into a contract with me, processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering that contract may apply instead.

Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Without a usable email address and enough detail about your request, I may be unable to respond.

Service providers and storage

Squarespace hosts this website and processes form submissions to provide its services. My email provider also processes messages delivered to my inbox.

How long information is kept

Routine enquiry messages are deleted within 12 months after our last exchange. Correspondence relating to ongoing collaborations is kept separately for as long as needed to manage that relationship. Records needed to meet legal obligations are retained for the applicable period.
